A Rugged Life: 50 Years of Fieldwork in the Canadian Wilderness

Chris Clement is an environmental impact consultant with 50 years of experience, and the author of A Rugged Life: 50 Years of Fieldwork in the Canadian Wilderness. This autobiographical book describes, among other things, the life, role, and experiences of an environmental consultant; the importance and means of practicing conservation; and what companies and industries need to do to effectively assess and mitigate the environmental impacts of their work. 

We designed the cover and the text layout for the ~310-page book—which included a glossary, appendix, and citations—in a professional, accessible, and visually appealing style appropriate for both print and digital use. And we created the title to boot!
