In 2019, the City of Vancouver hosted the Women Deliver Conference, the largest global conference on gender equality and the health, rights, and well-being of girls and women.
With pricing and public esteem similar to the TED conference, over 8,000 high-profile world leaders and influencers were expected to attend the Conference—but few avenues existed to connect the event with local residents.
To connect local audiences to the issues raised by the global conference, the City presented the Women Deliver Satellite Sessions—a free four-day public event offering thought-provoking workshops and discussions on gender equity.
But they needed a lot of branded assets for the Sessions, and they needed them in a hurry.
