The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority is the federal agency responsible for the stewardship of the lands and waters that make up the Port of Vancouver, Canada’s largest port. We have worked with the port to create a wide range of public-facing and internal assets.
For these bird’s eye and cross-section renderings to depict what the future state of the Holdom Overpass site could look like, we started with an engineer’s drawing and heavily referenced Google Street View and Satellite View to determine existing flora and infrastructure, and altered it from there. For the street view renderings, we started with a pencil sketch and then sourced images that could be collaged into place to create a semi-realistic looking rendering.
